How It All Started
The Rainbow Group was founded in 2019 by a group of teachers and students at EEB1 who wanted to make our school a more inclusive and supportive space for everyone. From the beginning, our goal has been to create a safe environment where all students — regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, or background — can be themselves without fear of judgment or discrimination.
In October 2024, some of our members took part in an Erasmus+ exchange in Iceland on LGBTQIA+ rights. That experience strengthened our commitment and gave us new ideas to make our school community even more open and welcoming.
Every year, new students join the Rainbow Group, each bringing their own perspectives, creativity, and enthusiasm. The group is constantly evolving — a living space for sharing, learning, and growing together.
